West Orange Preps For Annual Holiday Open House And Tree Lighting 2015

Downtown West Orange will host its annual Holiday Open House and Tree Lighting event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the downtown area on Saturday, Dec. 5.

The event will include a craft show in the new gym at the Community House, 252 Main St., from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and free guided Holley Trolley Tours in Llewellyn Park from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Participants can also take pictures with Santa from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout downtown, culminating with the arrival of Santa at the Christmas Tree Lighting at 5 p.m. on the lawn at Town Hall.

The event will also feature a Kwanzaa booth, a holiday petting zoo, a raffle and a chorus performance, a release stated.
