On October 31, 2013, Halloween Night, the Rotary Club of West Orange participated at Turtle Back Zoo's Safe Howl-O-Ween Event. Club members, dressed in costume, handed out thousands of pieces of candy to children as they walked the Zoo Trick-or-Treating. A wonderful time was had by all.
