West Orange Street Fair Returning For 2025: See Event Details
The popular event is one of the biggest of the year in West Orange. Here's what to expect.
WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Street Fair will return for 2025.
According to a municipal advisory, the popular event will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 7. Here’s what to expect:
“One of the biggest events of the year in West Orange, the Street Fair features local crafters, food from local vendors, street performers, a classic car show, beer and wine garden, a rock-climbing wall, free all-day admission to the Thomas Edison Museum and more. Proceeds from the Classic Car Show will benefit the Friends of Thomas Edison National Historical Park to further preserve the Edison legacy.”

VENDORS AND CRAFTERS

At the heart of the Street Fair are over 100 vendors and crafters that make the event a hive of shopping and browsing activity. Many vendors from West Orange will set booths specifically for the Street Fair, and crafters from all over the area will display and sell their unique wares.
FOOD, FOOD, AND MORE FOOD
All are invited to stroll along Downtown West Orange’s Main Street and grab delicious eats including Greek, Mexican, BBQ, Soft serve ice cream & Gourmet Ice pops, and more. Also included are vendors from throughout the tri-state area during the West Orange Street Fair. The Street Fair will feature a beer and wine garden for adults, with various drinks available for purchase.
ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES
Kids of all ages will enjoy the Street Fair fun as they are greeted by their favorite costumed characters, including a live puppet T-Rex, Spider Man, Black Panther, Disney Princesses, Minions and more. Face painting, crafts, live music, and free admission to the Edison Museum will also add to the fun of this annual event. Adventurous adults and children can also try their hand at conquering the 24’ extreme rock-climbing wall. Get racing at our Remote Control Race Track and make memories to keep in the 360 degree Photo Booth!
LIVE ENTERTAIMENT
The Mad Slap Tones will be on stage to perform their high-energy vintage rock, rhythm & blues music and “Professor Smasher and Lady Donna” will stroll through the event playing their Steampunk specialties. See what ‘cool’ design the amazing ice sculptor will create right in front of your eyes!
PARKING
Free parking will be available in the lots located at 80 and 286 Main Street (Washington School), just a short walk to and from Street Fair activities. For those who need assistance, there will be golf cart shuttles available to transport patrons to and from 80 Main Street. Individuals with handicapped parking permits may park in the Edison Lofts parking deck located at 2 Charles Street.
