West Orange Students Show Off Chops At Jazz Concert (VIDEO)
There's a reason why West Orange public schools were named one of the best districts for music education.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — There’s a reason why West Orange public schools were named one of the best districts for music education last year.
The annual district jazz concert, held Feb. 26 at West Orange High School, showcased the talents of music students excelling in jazz from grades 6 to 12.
According to a school news release, the Edison Knights, Roosevelt Roughriders, and Liberty Lion Jazz Bands performed several numbers with student solos throughout. Orchestra teacher Joe Romano led the Knights, Roger Bryson the Roughriders, and Ryan Krewer the Lions.

West Orange High School musicians in Jazz Band I and Jazz Band II offered up some impressive performances under the direction of Lew Kelly and Josh Zimmer. Watch a video of the concert below.
