West Orange Students Visit NY Jets Training Camp
The students met with Jets cornerback Buster Skrine and representatives from the National Dairy Association to talk fitness and nutrition.
West Orange, NJ – Students from Edison, Liberty and Roosevelt schools in West Orange recently got a chance to visit the NY Jets training camp in Florham Park as part of the “Fuel Up to Play 60” program.”
According to a school news release, 27 students from the three schools were chosen to attend the event on March 16 because of their “interest, enthusiasm and commitment to good health and physical exercise.”
Fuel Up to Play 60 is a national nutrition and fitness initiative that encourages students to eat healthy and get 60 minutes of physical activity every day.

Jets cornerback Buster Skrine and representatives from the National Dairy Association were on hand to talk exercise and nutrition and put students through their paces in the indoor training facility.
Over 20 schools attended the by-invitation-only event, which is held twice a year for schools implementing the program.
