Vote By Mail- Primary Election 7/7

The Essex County Clerk’s office stated that they will be mailing Vote by Mail ballots to all registered Democrats and Republicans automatically.

If you are registered independent, you will receive a Vote By Mail application, which you can complete and mail back to the County asking for an application.
