West Orange Will Celebrate Martin Luther King With Public Event
The celebration – which is being sponsored by the West Orange Human Relations Commission – will take place at Liberty Middle School.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — The township of West Orange will celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. with an event on Monday, Jan. 16.
According to a municipal notice, the celebration – which is being sponsored by the West Orange Human Relations Commission – will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Liberty Middle School auditorium, 1 Kelly Drive. Doors open at 9:15 a.m.

MLK CLOSURES
Township officials noted that all municipal offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 16. The commuter jitney will not run, and there will be no trash or recycling pickups.
