West Orange Youth Earns Eagle Scout Rank, Kudos From Mayor

WEST ORANGE, NJ — A West Orange youth recently earned a big round of applause for achieving the highest level of Scouting: the Eagle Scout rank.

Abkes Maa Babacar recently became an Eagle Scout with Troop 6, getting a heartly congratulations from the West Orange Fire Department, Mayor Susan McCartney and Councilwoman Tammy Williams – along with local Scout masters.
