WEST ORANGE, NJ — Over the 104-year history of Troop 2, there have been 82 young men who reached the highest rank in Scouting. And recently, two more high-achieving youth from West Orange hit the lofty plateau.

Harold Ross, a graduating senior from West Orange High School, and Sebastian Chaviano, from the class of 2022, were congratulated by family, friends and fellow scouts from Troop 2 during a court of honor ceremony held in June.

West Orange School Superintendent Hayden Moore and Mayor Susan McCartney were also on hand to recognize their accomplishment.
