Winners of First Annual Essex County Golf Tournament in West Orange

The First Annual Essex County Golf Tournament was held Saturday, Oct. 3 at the Essex County Francis Byrne Golf Course in West Orange.

Dennis Johnson from Nutley won the Senior Division with a three-round total of 191. William Canon from Nutley won the Amateur Division with a three-round total of 176. The first two rounds were played Essex County Weequahic Golf Course and Essex County Hendricks Field Golf Course. Eighty-six golfers participated in
the tournament. The Tournament was sponsored by Associated Technology, Inc.
from Newark.
