HILLSDALE, NJ — A growing group of New Jersey coffee and dessert shops will open its next location in Hillsdale, they said.
Forum Coffee will open a café on Hillsdale Avenue, next to the post office, they said Monday.
"We're getting ready to redefine the Hillsdale coffee experience as Hillsdale's local coffee shop," they wrote.
The owners told Patch that they are hoping to open on May 27, but the date may change.
"[It's] going to be beautiful, 300 square feet, mirrors on the walls," they said.
The Forum Coffee brand is rapidly growing, with 11 locations open or soon to open.
They have taken over spaces formerly used by other coffee shops or businesses.
They feature organic house-roasted coffee, nut and oat milks, and desserts like pastries and ice cream.
They currently have two shops in Hoboken, as well as stores in Bloomfield, Livingston, East Hanover, Madison, and Raritan.
