HILLSDALE, NJ — A new French-inspired coffee and bakery outpost recently opened in Hillsdale earlier this month.
L’Insolent Coffee & Bakery opened at 94 Broadway this month taking over the former Le Carré location.
The café will feature specialty coffee drinks, French pastries, cakes and desserts along with a Parisian-inspired interior and atmosphere.
"Under new management, we're honored to continue the quality, craftsmanship, and hospitality customers have come to love," L’Insolent Coffee & Bakery said in a social media post.
L’Insolent Coffee & Bakery has two other locations in West Nyack and Brooklyn.
