HILLSDALE, NJ — The Hillsdale Free Public Library is offering a full calendar of programs for adults and teens throughout August, featuring educational workshops, social events, and creative activities.
Highlights include Meet the Mayor on Aug. 1 from 10:30 a.m. to noon, where residents can stop by to speak with Hillsdale's mayor, followed by The Psychology of Music, a presentation by Andrew Li, at 12:30 p.m.
Teen programs include a Book Bedazzling workshop on Aug. 3 and a Teen Movie Night featuring The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes on Aug. 12.
Adult offerings include a Wine Tasting and Education program on Aug. 10 (participants must be 21 or older), a Numerology Workshop on Aug. 20, and an Adult Canvas Painting class on Aug. 24, available exclusively to Hillsdale Library cardholders.
Additional events include Coffee, Cookies and Conversation on Aug. 20, which does not require registration.
