• Recreation adds fitness classes for adults 55 and older (thepressgroup.net) — Westwood residents 55 and older can now join two new Forever Young fitness options, including a free men's strength, balance and mobility class at the Westwood Community Center. A low‑impact water aerobics series is also available nearby in Township of Washington, with a small fee for nonresidents. Registration is required in person on weekdays at the community center.
