Broadway Theater Workshops the premier theater arts program in New Jersey presents a fun filled summer! FOUR amazing camps! ONE Amazing Summer! Senior Theater Camp

July 5 - July 15

8:30am - 4:30pm

We welcome students (grades 7012) who want to develop their acting and singing skills and improve their stage presence. During this two week camp, workshops are conducted in acting, dancing (for dancers and non-dancers), speech and diction, improvisation, auditioning, stage combat, individual voice lessons and more. Auditions are not necessary to attend. Campers present our "Musical Revue", a performance for family and friends in the St. Joseph Regional High School Inserra Theater on Thursday, July 14th

Advanced Theater Group

July 5 - July 15

8:30am - 4:30pm

Advanced Theater Camp is a subset of Senior Theater Camp offered to those in grades 10-12. Candidates should have significant previous training and stage experience. Auditions are required to be accepted in this advanced program which will develop and challenge performers to a new level. Those in ATG are given specialized training throughout the day.

Junior Theater Camp

July 18 - July 29

9:00am - 3:00pm

Students (grades 307) participate in the same activities described in the Senior Theater Camp program with students their own age and at an age-appropriate level. This two week program ends with a demonstration performance (7/29). One week option available.

Performance Theater Camp- THE WEDDING SINGER

July 18 - July 30

4:00pm - 9:00pm

Students (grades 7-12) learn the elements of performing in a musical with blocking, acting instruction, teaching of songs and dance - all leading to performances for family and friends. There will be an audition call to determine parts; ALL students will be integrated into the production. Roles will be offered to the most qualified students regardless of age. All leads will be double cast for 4 performances.
