The B Hive Organic Salon will be hosting an Earth Week event for children on Monday, April 16, 2012 starting at 1pm at 269 Broadway in Hillsdale, NJ. The event will feature Laurie Caspert from www.yougottahaveart.org and her Mobile Eco Craft Art Studio. The children will be converting our recyclable hair color bottles into Bee's for our Earth Month Bee Hive display. We will also be featuring Alf and Ceil Berg, local NJ Beekeepers, from Herbertsville Honey Co. The children will learn about Bee's and their importance to the environment, see real parts and equipment used in beekeeping and also get to meet live bees in a clear observation hive.
