There will be free movie showings every Thursday at 2 PM in the month of September, at the Township of Washington Library.
It begins with "In America", on September 1. The movie stars Samantha Morton, Paddy Considine, and Dijmon Hounsou. After the death of their son, a poor Irish family moves to a tenement in Manhattan, in hopes of starting a new life.
On September 8, "Win Win" will be shown, starring Alex Shaffer, Amy Ryan, and Paul Giamatti.

On September 15, "Father of the Bride", starring Martin Short, Steve Martin, and Diane Keaton will be shown. The father of the bride (Steve Martin) finally accepts his daughter's wedding plans, only to be exasperated by the over the top wedding arrangements of their wedding planner (Martin Short).
The movie for September 22, "The Straight Story", is about a 73 year old who is trying to save a strained relationship with his brother. Set in 1994, this story follows his exciting 6 week trek from Iowa to Wisconsin.

On September 29, "Unstoppable", starring Rosario Dawson, Denzel Washington, and Chris Pine. An engineer and his conductor pursue a runaway train before it can derail and spill its hazardous cargo.
