Mind in Control

It’s all in your mind. Work, family and relationships we are all impacted by stress. Discover Kabbalah based, stress management techniques implemented by the elite Special Forces of Israel’s Defense Force.

Dr. Gill Heart, past IDF and executive coach, will focus his seminar on stress management and the application of Mind in Control techniques. He uses his experiences to teach management skills and the proper way to respond to stress.

Guest Speaker, Dr. Heart was born and raised in Israel, and served for over 6 years in the IDF. He received his PhD in biomedical engineering at London University, and moved to the US where he became an entrepreneur.

“Special Forces training methodologies are utilized to teach and implement Mind in Control techniques. This, in turn, significantly improves the adoption rate and impact of the taught Mind in Control techniques.”
