'Mixing Oil and Water' at the Township Library

The Washington Township Library is presenting an art exhibit by Richard Heisse of Emerson in the program room for the month of October. This exhibit, titled "Mixing Oil and Water," will show 11 of his oil paintings. The theme of each painting involves water, either in the form of a puddle, pond, canal, stream or the ocean.
