Garage Sale to Benefit Caring About The Strays (C.A.T.S.), Inc.

A multi-family garage sale will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018, at 523 Prospect Avenue, Oradell, NJ. It is part of the town-wide garage sale and will run from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a rain date of June 10, 2018. 100% of all proceeds will be donated to Caring About The Strays (C.A.T.S.), Inc. of Westwood.

Donations of garage sale merchandise would be greatly appreciated and may be dropped off at the Oradell address. Gently used items which sell well include furniture, household items, clothing, books, jewelry, collectibles, holiday decorations, linens, etc. Quality merchandise is appreciated. The organization is grateful for donations but cannot accept certain items which do not sell including, old model TVs, PC monitors, old style luggage, exercise equipment, magazines, etc. If you would like a donation picked up or if you have any questions, please email CATSAdoption@aol.com.

C.A.T.S. is a 501(c)3 charity, rescuing cats, kittens and dogs since 1995 and does not have a shelter facility. C.A.T.S. is comprised of a diverse group of dedicated volunteers - singles, families and senior citizens, who care for the animals in their own homes, giving them lots of love and attention, carefully socializing the scared and shy, healing the sick and neglected. While in the care of C.A.T.S., all pets are fed nourishing food and receive complete medical care. Also, the organization is committed to their rescues for life. As such, medical costs are their largest budgetary item, currently owing two vets more than $24,000, even with their significant rescue discount. The proceeds of this sale will help the organization cover these costs. Please consider donating any useful items so that CATS can continue to provide this valuable community service.
