Heat Forces Minimal Day For Westwood Schools Thursday
A heat advisory is in effect until 8 p.m. Thursday.

WESTWOOD, NJ — Borough schools will be on a minimal day schedule Thursday due to rising temperatures.
For exact dismissal times, see the minimal day schedules here. Champions will provide extended day care upon dismissal. Advisors and coaches will send a separate communication regarding the confirmation of schedule changes for clubs, activities, and athletics, officials said.
A heat advisory is in effect until 8 p.m. Thursday. The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook.
