New Bareburger Restaurant Offers Organic-Centric Menu

Bareburger opened a second Bergen County restaurant recently.

BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — Bareburger has opened its newest Bergen County restaurant.

The organic-centric restaurant recently opened in the newly-redesigned Closter Plaza in Closter. There is already a Bareburger in Bergen County, in Edgewater overlooking the Hudson River. It is the chain's 41st restaurant.

The chain is extremely eco-conscious. It features a variety of free-range, antibiotic-free burgers, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Guests may also create their own burgers.

The restaurant's interior furnishings and finishes are made using local, reclaimed, and recycled materials. All paper, plastics and cleaning supplies are sustainable and biodegradable.

"Nothing makes sure more excited than sharing our diverse menu and vibrant room with our neighbors," said CEO Euripides Pelekanos. "It really gives us the chance to continue our mission of changing the local food system towards a healthier and more sustainable one."
