Osaka in Westwood has all the same food as the one in Lyndhurst. They offer many different typs of regular rolls, deluxe rolls and special rolls, as well as other Japanese cuisine. Their Lyndhurst restaurant is known for their sauces and ginger salad dressing, most of which are made from scratch.

"We have the good stuff," Chang said.

Chang recommended the Johnny roll as a favorite and said the Red Dragon roll is also a popular choice.

Besides the food, customer service is also important to Chang, who has a degree in hospitality from the New York Institute of Technology.

"It's not only about the food," Chang said. "It's about the whole experience, the whole package."

Though Westwood does have a number of Japanese restaurants, Chang said they seek to be a aprt of the community, rather than a competitor.

"It's very small, very close-knit," Chang said. "We thought Westwood might be a great place for us. We want to show our food to the community."
