Resolution to Hire Engineer for CVS Application on Tonight's Zoning Board Agenda

Members of the Washington Township Zoning Board are scheduled to vote tonight on a resolution to hire an engineer for the CVS application. The location for the proposed CVS is the corner of Washington Avenue and Pascack Road, where vacant homes currently stand.

Two ongoing issues are listed on tonight's agenda: in the township and to build a garage and playroom.

The Sky Trading issue is on hold, according to the agenda, because the applicant's attorney requested a continuance until March 15. According to talks with officials in the past, Sky Trading wants to convert the garage at into a convenience store.

Also on the agenda is a resolution about the Zoning Board attorney.
