The Iron Horse Turns 40 Wednesday
The restaurant recently reopened after a fire damaged the kitchen.
The owners of are planning a ceremony Wednesday for the beloved Westwood restaurant's 40-year anniversary.
Clergy from various denominations will bless the restaurant at 11 a.m., which will precede a ribbon-cutting by the carpenters, plumbers and electricians who helped repair the restaurant after its kitchen was destoyed in []
"In typical Iron Horse fashion there will be little fanfare ... but lots of hugs and stories and maybe a toast or two," a flyer for the event reads.

The repairs to the dining areas of The Iron Horse have left the restaurant mostly as it was before the fire, with all the paintings hung in the same spots on the walls. Some handicap access has been improved, but the main changes have been made to the kitchen.
Owner Lee Tremble , less than five months after the fire. Kitchen Manager Sean Tremble told Patch the community's response was the main motivation to reopen as quickly as possible.
