A look at some of the stories that will be posted this week

Here's a preview of some of the stories we'll be posting this week.

  • The Westwood council has a meeting Tuesday night. The last meeting, which was scheduled for Feb. 1, was canceled because of the ice storm that hit the area. Officials are expected to give a budget update Tuesday and have more discussion about controlling the goose population at Westvale Park. Also on the agenda is a sustainability presentation. Patch will be there and bring you the important stories from the meeting.

  • The Washington Township Zoning Board also has a meeting Tuesday night. Resolutions for the Zoning Board attorney and hiring an engineer for the proposed CVS are on the agenda.

  • We'll have a profile of Washington Township teen Adrian Mena who is making a name for himself in comedy. He has performed at New York City's Gotham Comedy Club and enjoys making people laugh.

  • The Westwood Regional Board of Education has a meeting scheduled for Thursday night. The board is supposed to recognize former trustee Eileen Mosolino who resigned last month. We'll bring you that and other important news that comes out of the meeting.
