Tonight's Council Meeting: Limited Business Zone Amendment Intro

Members of the Westwood council are expected to introduce to make changes to limited business zones LB-1 and LB-3.

LB-1 is on Broadway from Lake Street to the Hillsdale border while LB-3 is on Kinderkamack Road from Old Hook Road to the Emerson border. Planning Board members voted Thursday to amend the business uses for those zones to include uses like pet grooming facilities, adult day care and fast food restaurants. The council has the final say on the matter.

The ordinances are being introduced tonight and officials expect to vote on whether or not to adopt the changes at the Dec. 7 meeting.
