The senior center has a host of regularly scheduled programs this week along with a few special events. For more information, call the center at 201-666-0840.

Today:

• Armchair Fitness will be held at 9 a.m.
• Arts and Crafts will be held at 9:30 a.m.
• Participate in "Fitness Experience Exercise" at 10 a.m.
• Play bingo at 1 p.m.

Monday:

• Arm Chair Fitness at 8:45 a.m.
• Arts and Crafts and Tai Chi at 9:30 a.m.
• Play bridge at 1 p.m.
• Take a line dancing class at 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday:

• Senior Aerobics will be held at 9 a.m.
• Chair dancing exercises at 10 a.m.
• The movie "Extraordinary Measures" will be shown at 1 p.m.

, 605 Pascack Road, Washington Township:

The Bergen County YJCC offers senior programs each week. Lunch is served Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon for senior members. The UJA Federation of Northern New Jersey and the U.S.D.A. subsidize the lunches. There are often special programs that coincide with the meals.

The next big event is the Tu B'shevat Seder, which will be held Feb. 10 at 1 p.m. The Tu B'shevat celebrates a new year for trees and recognizes the beginning of spring in Israel.

Jack Woods Senior Center, 350 Hudson Ave., Washington Township:

The next meeting of the Golden Seniors of the Township of Washington will be Feb. 9 from noon to 2:30 p.m. The business meeting will be held in the Jack Woods Senior Center in the , 350 Hudson Ave.

Senior Fellowship of Westwood:

The Senior Fellowship of Westwood is holding a luncheon Feb. 8 and a Game Night Feb. 22. A trip to Hunterdon for a luncheon, costing $53 per ticket, is planned for April 13.
