UPDATE: Two Bus Accident At Lincoln Tunnel Injures 18, Closes Tube
The rush hour crash involved a NJ Transit vehicle and a bus carrying students on a class trip.

Eighteen people were injured on Wednesday when two buses collided inside the Lincoln Tunnel.
The crash took place around 9:30 a.m., as a NJ Transit vehicle and a private bus were traveling in the Manhattan-bound portion of the tunnel.
According to an NBC New York report, the private bus - operated by Toronto, Canada-based Denny’s Bus Lines - had two staff members aboard in addition to the students, who were visiting New York this week on an eighth-grade graduation class trip.

Snyder deferred additional comment to officials at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, who have jurisdiction over accidents that take place in the Lincoln Tunnel.
A spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey told the New York Times that at least 18 people have reported non-life-threatening injuries, and were taken to local hospitals.
Delays of up to 90 minutes were reported at the tunnel, a report stated.
