$2 Million Lottery Ticket Sold in Middlesex County
The ticket matched all 5 white balls to win the $1 million prize Saturday, May 21, plus it had Powerplay, doubling the prize to $2 million.

North Brunswick, NJ - A $2 million lottery ticket was sold in North Brunswick, the state lottery announced Monday.
The winning ticket was purchased in Middlesex County at a Krauszer’s, 1825 Rt. 130 & Southwood Avenue in North Brunswick.
The ticket matched all 5 white balls to win the $1 million prize Saturday, May 21, plus it was purchased with Powerplay, doubling the prize to $2 million, the state lotto said.

In addition, one New Jersey Lottery ticket was sold that matched the 4 white balls and the Powerball drawn, winning the third-prize of $50,000. If that ticket had been purchased with Powerplay, it would have been worth $200,000. That third-place winning ticket was sold in Union County at LA Ideal Grocery, 65 Delaware St., Elizabeth.
