$82,768 Jersey Cash 5 Jackpot Purchased in Middlesex County Town

DUNELLEN, NJ - Did you buy this lottery ticket? The New Jersey state Lottery is waiting for the person who purchased a winning lottery ticket from the 7 Days Food Store, at 392 North Ave., in Dunellen to come forward.
That lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn in the Friday, Dec. 23 drawing, winning the $82,768 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot. The winning numbers were 01, 02, 09, 28 and 43 and the XTRA number was: 02.
“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot ticket was sold at 7 Days Food Store," Executive Director Carole Hedinger said in a press release. "The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket. Overnight, they have become one more ‘lucky location’ for the very fortunate lottery winner.”

Last week it was revealed that a New Brunswick man won the $803,286 jackpot from the October 17 drawing. Edward Devine, of New Brunswick, bought the winning ticket at Peter's Liquors, a popular liquor store on Easton Avenue in downtown New Brunswick.
