All Welcome At Carteret Fall Festival Oct. 29 In Carteret Park

CARTERET, NJ –Woodbridge has many Halloween activities for kids, but all families are also welcome at the annual Carteret Fall Festival and Halloween Parade, held next Saturday, Oct. 29 in Carteret Park.
The Festival, which runs from noon to 2 p.m., will feature pumpkin picking, face painting, a moonbounce, cider, cookies, candy, guess the weight of the giant pumpkin, prizes, live and DJ music and the annual Children’s Halloween Parade.
The Parade lineup begins at 11:30 a.m. on the corner of Cypress Street and Washington Avenue. The parade route is Cypress Street to Carteret Avenue.

Mayor Reiman and the Borough Council also are offering a Halloween House Decorating Contest. Participants submitted a picture of their decorated home to the recreation department.A winner will be announced on Nov. 1.
