A thief, armed with a gun, robbed the Northfield Bank on Main Street in Woodbridge around noon Tuesday, a published report said.

The robber, who had a silver handgun, ran away from the bank with an undisclosed amount of money, NJ.com reported, quoting an FBI spokeswoman.
The thief was described as black man with long dreadlocks, who wore a black shirt, long tan shorts, black sunglasses and a black hat, according to the website.
