Beginner Origami Workshop
Martha Landy will present a free Beginner Origami Workshop for adults and teens @ the Woodbridge Main Library on Dec. 3, 2015 @ 7pm.

Martha Landy returns to the Woodbridge Main Library to conduct a Beginner Origami Workshop on Thursday, December 3, 2015. The program will run from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. Participants will fold paper into models that lend themselves to ornaments suitable for holiday tree decorations. Origami models representing the international scope of the art will also be shared.
The number of participants will be limited to 20. Starting on November 16, 2015 please visit or call the Main Library @ 732-634-4450 X7120 to register. This program is suitable for teens and adults.
Ms. Landy will supply all materials necessary to create the models.

Colonia resident Martha Landy earned a Master’s Degree in Creative Arts Education from Rutgers University. For many years she has worked as a special education teacher in Middlesex County. As a professional paperfolder, Martha has served on the Board of Directors of Origami USA. She has contributed to a variety of origami exhibits and has taught at many international origami conventions.
Ms. Landy has also contributed to two origami books by John Montroll; Beginner Dinosaur Origami and Dinosaur Origami.
