In "The Red Flags I’ve (Repeatedly) Ignored," McCabe puts herself on the line in the hopes of cracking the code on sex, love and relationships, but instead learns what it means to actually love herself. She navigates the dating scene — eliminating potential boyfriends one red flag at a time— and shares all of her funny, raw and real details with readers along the way. Throughout the book, McCabe also offers a self-love roadmap to readers. This page gives a good idea of what her book is about: https://thebriannamccabe.com/n...
"This book is entertaining, witty, shocking, and thought-provoking. I know Brianna is the real deal and wants to help others because there are as many lessons as there are laughs," said comedian Tracy Morgan of her book.

McCabe graduated from Colonia High School in 2011 and was a member of the cheerleading squad who cheered on fellow 2008 Colonia High grad LeGrand and his teammates when he was a star football player.

Since those days playing and cheering on the field, both LeGrand and McCabe are now working to inspire others, using their passions and entrepreneurial spirit to share their experiences with others.
“I’m truly honored to connect with Eric for this event as he’s been such an inspirational figure in my life and for so many others around the world,” said McCabe. “Plus, there’s been many days where his coffee got me through the book editing process, so this is almost a full-circle moment.”
“I’m happy to welcome Brianna to LeGrand Coffee House to help promote her new book,” said LeGrand. “When opening up LeGrand Coffee House, this is exactly the type of events that I had envisioned and I’m glad to see them coming to reality.”
