Join us at the Woodbridge Main Library May 13 at 7PM for this gentle and supportive workshop for expecting parents and families in the early newborn stage.

Participants will learn practical ways to calm and regulate their baby’s nervous system, understand infant sleep patterns, support early movement and development through play, and recognize common newborn cues. The session focuses on building connection, reducing parent stress, and providing developmentally appropriate education — without using rigid methods or sleep training approaches.

Registration is required! Please register online or by calling 732-634-4450.
