Whether you are seeking relief from daily pressures, looking to enhance your overall well-being, or simply wanting to enjoy a few moments of tranquility, this session offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and nurture your inner calm.
Join the Woodbridge Public Library November 18 at 7PM as meditation instructor, Arvind Naik, to discover how a few moments of mindful practice can bring greater clarity, resilience, and lasting peace into your everyday life. There will be a chance to try this technique during the program.
