Carjacking At Woodbridge Hobby Lobby: Suspects Steal Range Rover
Breaking: A 2013 Range Rover was stolen at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Route 1 Hobby Lobby Saturday, Woodbridge police said.

WOODDBRIDGE, NJ — A woman was a victim of a carjacking Saturday, Oct. 7 in the parking lot of the Woodbridge Township Hobby Lobby on Route 1, police said. Although the carjacking happened Saturday, Woodbridge police just released news of the incident to the media on Wednesday.
The crime occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. while she was in the parking lot of the Hobby Lobby, which is next to the Joe Canal's liquor store and across the street from Beth Israel cemetery. The woman said as she got out of her 2013 Range Rover she was approached by two men. One of them showed a handgun and demanded her keys, and she immediately complied. The men drove off in the Range Rover.
The car was discovered Monday abandoned in Newark, but police are still searching for the two suspects. If anyone has any information about the crime, they are asked to call Woodbridge police Det. Kevin Goins at 732-602-7396.
