Clean-Up Woodbridge For National Public Lands Day
National Public Lands Day events are scheduled in Woodbridge on Saturday.

Woodbridge Township will hold an environmental clean-up for National Public Lands Day on Saturday.
Mayor John E. McCormac and the Woodbridge “Green Team” are encouraging business officials, residents, and schools groups to help spruce up local parks, playgrounds, and recreation areas, a township news release said.

- 9 a.m. Sewaren Park & Waterfront Beach Area, 350 Cliff Road A free yoga class will be held at 8 a.m. at the waterfront pier, to “Warm-Up” before the “Clean-Up.”
- 9 a.m. Colonia Clean-Up at Charlie Shaughnessy Park, Inman Avenue, Colonia
- 9 a.m. Iselin Branch Library – Garden for the Blind, 1081 Green Street, Iselin
- 9 a.m. Ernie Oros Wildlife Preserve, Omar Avenue, Avenel
- 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Annual Ernie Oros Woodbridge River Celebration at the Ernie Oros Wildlife Preserve, Omar Avenue, Avenel. A free festival, including food, music and kayaking and canoeing on the Woodbridge River with the NY/NJ Baykeeper.
