Rescue crews were searching the Raritan River Monday morning after getting reports about a person in the water, a published report said.

Rescuers crews were searching the Raritan River Monday morning after police received reports of an abandoned vehicle on the Driscoll Bridge and a person in the water, according to NJ.com.
The Driscoll Bridge connects Woodbridge and Sayreville on the Garden State Parkway.
Around 6:30 a.m., the Perth Amboy Fire Department received a request for search assistance from State Police, NJ.com said.
