Dentist, Bagel Shop, Event Space Coming To Rt. 1 In Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — There are some business openings and closings in Woodbridge lately:

First, the Woodbridge Perkins on St. Georges Avenue has permanently closed, for reasons unknown.

However, three new businesses are coming to the Plaza K shopping center on Rt. 1 south:

Crème de la Crème Loft will soon open a 2,615-square-foot first floor space there. Creme de la Creme is an events company and they say the space can be rented to host private celebrations/parties, etc.

Two more tenants are expected to open at Plaza K soon, also: Fast Bagel and a dentistry, Dr. Anuj Kapadia, DMD.

There is still a second-floor space available for lease at Plaza K, ideal for office and service users. The leasing company for Plaza K is commercial property leasing agents Azarian Realty Co.
