WOODBRIDGE, NJ - A disabled vehicle on the Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge is affecting Friday morning commuting traffic, authorities said.

As of 7:10 a.m., a disabled vehicle was reported on the Garden State Parkway southbound of Exit 127 - US 9/I-287/NJ 440 in Woodbridge, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation's 511NJ.org website.
