Disney Junior Play Zone To Open At Menlo Park Mall
Scheduled to open Sept. 22, it's looking like the perfect new spot to take your kids to play on the next rainy or cold day.

METUCHEN, NJ — Attention, parents: A Disney Junior Play Zone will be opening later this September at the Menlo Park Mall. And it appears to be the perfect new place to take your kids to play on the next rainy or cold day.
What's a Disney Junior Play Zone? Simon Malls, which owns and operates the Menlo Park Mall, describes it as a place where "all your kids’ favorite Disney Junior characters have been brought to life through interactive digital displays, climbable playsets and a variety of games and activities."
It's essentially an open-floor-plan children's play space that features toys and games from all the most popular Disney shows, such as Fancy Nancy, Puppy Dog Pals, Vampirina and Muppet Babies. The play space is scheduled to open Sept. 22, MyCentralJersey first reported. It will be located on the upper level of the mall, near the Nordstrom.

There are two separate areas — one designated for toddlers and another for children up to 10 years old — and has cars from “Mickey and the Roadster Racers,” a “Puppy Dog Pals” light-up dance floor, and even a “Doc McStuffins” toy check-up station.
There are only three other Disney Junior Play Zones in the country, at three Simon malls in Texas and now Menlo in New Jersey.
