Edison Rabbi Launches Rabbis for Trump

Rabbi Bernhard Rosenberg says any comparisons of Trump to Adolf Hitler are "ridiculous."

Edison, NJ - A recently retired Edison Jewish leader created a Facebook group called Rabbis for Trump, and is seeking more members to join, according to a report on NJ.com.

Rabbi Bernhard Rosenberg retired earlier this year from Congregation Beth El in Edison due to health issues, according to NJ.com.

Rosenberg’s parents survived the Holocaust and he told NJ.com any comparisons of Trump to Adolf Hitler are “ridiculous.” “A lot of what (Trump) is saying is hype,” Rosenberg said. “What Hitler said was reality.” But Rosenberg said he is concerned about Syrian refugees coming into America: “Even if two out of 1,000 are going to come here to kill American citizens, that bothers me quite a bit,” he told the NJ.com reporter.
