Woodbridge Township's summer tennis program will continue to take place through August 10. Children ages seven and up can participate in tennis building skills classes for $50. Tennis rackets will be available for use at no charge.
The program will take place at the Frank G. Pelzman Memorial Park on Tappen Street in Avenel. The park is located at the former Avenel Park at Tappen Street and West Park Avenue in Avenel.
The hour long classes will take place Mondays through Fridays starting at 9 am, 10 am, 11 am and noon. Refer to the township website at www.twp.woodbridge.nj.us to learn more about the program or call 732-596-4048.
