Start your Saturday off with an exciting fitness class. The Bootcamp Basics class is a great workout but the pace is slower, more concentration on safety and form. You can expect a mix of light jogging, crunches, pushups and bodyweight exercises. We will also pull out some cones, and medicine balls to perform agility drills, and functional stength exercises. So if exercise have been on your "to do" list, then now is a great time to start!
