Participate in 'Run For Pizza' Annual Event

The Woodbridge Run For Pizza will once again take place in the township starting at the Woodbridge Municipal Offices on Main Street on July 11.

Everyone is welcome to enter the four mile marathon which will begin and end at the municipal offices. Prizes will be awarded to the top overall winners. Children as young as five can enter as well as senior citizens. Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female winners in each age category. Various Main Street businesses will offer pizza and beverages to all contestants.

The Woodbridge Wednesdays concert featuring the Dirty Urchins at Parker Press Park at 7:30 pm will coincide with the marathon.

Registration for the race will take place from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm and the race will begin at 7 pm. Tickets range from $18 for USATF members to $20 if participants register by July 8. Otherwise, the cost is $25 to register from July 9 to the day of the race.
