It's going to be an exciting day as local Taekwondo Dojangs gather for a day of Form and Sparring competition. Watch as these great schools compete honorably and for trophies and then you will learn why Taekwondo is an Olympic sport. This will be a momentous year as it is the 1st year of this competition and you could be part of history.
Competition starts at 9AM but get there early, you won't want to miss a minute of it.
