Flash Chorus at Woodbridge Mall Wednesday Sings Handel's 'Hallelujah'

You're in for a treat at the Woodbridge Mall Wednesday night!

Woodbridge, NJ - You’ve heard of a flash mob. Now what about a flash chorus?

Because that’s exactly what the Woodbridge High School choir is planning to do Wednesday evening at the Woodbridge Mall. The high school choir, local Middlesex County school choirs and Woodbridge-area church choirs are all meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday night in the mall center court. They will be singing “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel’s “Messiah” - this song, if you aren’t familiar, as well as other holiday songs after. Woodbridge High choir director Elizabeth Amory will conduct.

Organizers are expecting 200 teens to show up in what is being billed as the largest-ever ”flash concert” in Woodbridge Township (or perhaps the only flash concert in the township.) Either way, if you’re shopping at the mall Wednesday, you are in for a treat!
