Free Blood Pressure Screenings at the Woodbridge Public Library!
Get a free blood pressure reading and information from a Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield representative!
Nurse Jacqueline Boadu of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield will perform FREE blood pressure screenings at the Woodbridge Main Library on March 4 from 1PM-2PM on the 2nd floor near the entrance area. She also will be at the Iselin Branch Library on March 21 from 3:30PM-4:30PM in their meeting room. Nurse Boadu will also discuss risk factors and the steps you need to take to prevent or reduce high blood pressure. She will also be available to answer any Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey insurance questions and provide enrollment information. This program is free open to all!
